Well I am getting psyched up and amped up to launch My Virtual Goddess Parties and tele-Sacred Women's Circles.

Our October Event Virtual Party is going to be held Tuesday October 31st, Halloween Night also known as Samhain. I chose this date to prepare us for the cycle of reaping our harvest and letting go into the darkness of winter.

It will be a powerful circle, with themes such as death and rebirth, letting go of our ghosts, creating sacred space and nurturing our
feminine spirits. I am sure there will be some very powerful Goddesses showing up to be heard, recognized and valued for their perfect teachings, role-modeling and wisdoms too.

Awakening the Goddess Within - The Roots of Your Feminine Power

Awakening the Goddess Within is an invitation to awaken your feminine source of power. It is about nourishing a woman from the roots of her being and empowering her from the inside out. The presence of the Goddess is within all beings, but as women we are the reflection of her animated nature, we are her voice, her body and her essence.

Acknowledging your value, beauty and self-worth as a woman is essential to awakening the Goddess within you. Remember that you, dear Goddess, are matchless, irreplaceable and distinctive in every way. There are no two people on this earth like you, there is only you, utterly unique and incomparable to anyone else. There is no one greater than or less than you anywhere, you are significant and you are needed to step fully into who you truly are.

In my work with women, the most common theme I hear is that they don’t have the time to nourish themselves; they feel more like slaves to life than Goddesses. Between work life, home life, raising children, soccer, ballet, cooking, cleaning, and so on, women are burning the candle at both ends and devaluing themselves in the process. I have seen women break down in tears over the unloved parts of themselves, I have heard their grief in the shadow of their broken dreams, I have watched as powerful women realize just how undernourished their spirits have become, I have witnessed and supported those who hold this pain deeply.

This is no life for a Goddess! It is time for you to blow on the ember of your inherent self-worth and nurture your feminine spirit. In truth it is only when you become your priority that you will have the inner well of abundance to share with your loved ones – you need fuel to go the distance.

What little things can you work into your day, week or month to re-fuel the Goddess within you? Is getting a massage on your list? How about settling into a hot bath or simply lighting a candle at the end of the day? What are some of the flavors of your life that feed your spirit?

A few of my personal favorites are:

*Making an aromatic cup of tea, infusing myself with herbal wellness.

* Taking beauty walks - breathing in the beauty of life around me.

*Sitting by the ocean and connecting with its power.

*Anointing the Goddess I am with pure body oils and fragrant creams.

*Eating for Beauty - preparing vibrant and alive foods of different colors, tastes and textures.

*Writing in my journal with colorful pens.

*Spending quality time with girlfriends; having Goddess Parties and Sacred Women’s Circles.

*Creating a sacred space that is comforting and calming.

*Calling in guidance; working with a coach, therapist, or tarot cards for support.

As a woman grows, she blossoms and blooms, and discovers more of who she is. She is fed by her pleasures as she weaves through her life’s challenges and triumphs. Calling in the goddess is an act of love. It is a powerful re-connection to the essence of a woman’s divine feminine spirit, her love and beauty and her wondrous womanly ways. You are the Goddess dearest one, from birth to death and everyplace in between. Unlock, unleash, unravel and step into your true calling as the Goddess you are begins to take root, for she is ready to take her place at the throne of your feminine power.

Where have I been for the last month? Well I have stepped into a new world of romance, fast cars, beautiful homes and two dogs. One of whom is named Goldie, what a beautiful name, and what a precious girl.

I was chatting with my friend Lynne yesterday and she reminded me that in this whirlwind of new love and new life, to remember to connect to my source, so that my decisions always come from the place of my inner knowing and inner power.

This has been a difficult task for me in the last month, because I am so accustomed to living my life alone. My schedule is organic when I am alone, I choose when to wake up, when to eat, when I am ready to walk and without worrying or being attached to anyone else's schedule, I just go and do whatever, whenever I feel like it, accountable to only myself.

This relationship is a new experience for me, I love it and I am very happy to be in it, but it is still unknown territory in so many ways. How to manage time together and apart is a big question, it is so easy to melt into eachother, and easier still for me to melt into his world. Holding my own as I am supposedly getting swept off my feet(which is something I have always wanted) is a whole new dimension that I need to understand and navigate. So here I am waking up in the mansion, with the beautiful ocean right outside my door, feeling the need to go and get back to my known life, my simple space, the grounding of my own home, my work as the Goddess and then here is poor Goldie who will be left all alone when I leave. And Goldie has a problem, she runs away anytime she can. If a door is left open for a moment, she is gone! Why does she run away? Because she is a golden girl, a goddess, a free spirit that needs to connect to her nature in nature, she needs freedom and beauty, she needs to run, smell, play and connect to the world at large, she needs to follow her instincts and roam, she needs to walk.

In the last month I have let go of my beauty walks, there just hasn't been the time or it has been too hot or too rainy or I have been too lazy and disconnected from my usual unusual routine. But it is on my beauty walks where I reconnect to my source, to my connection to the nature of my nature in nature, my beauty walks are a powerful healer of my spirit and a meditation for my mind. It is almost the only time in my daily life where I feel totally at one with myself, my breath and my spirit, it is the time when I feel the most fully alive. Truly my grounding isn't even in my own home, it is when I am walking my walk and talking my talk and this I can do anywhere.

A beauty walk is a walk outside. A beauty walk is about breathing in the colors of the sky, the ocean, the flowers, the trees, grasses, birds in flight and the fragrances of nature. A beauty walk is movement, engaging muscles, bones and flesh, energy flowing, blood circulating, evoking the natural rhythms of the body. A beauty walk is private time, quiet time, a time for peace and presence within yourself/myself. A beauty walk is a place where you meet beautiful dogs who are walking with their owners and the joy of their wagging tales and the unconditional love they have for anyone they meet. A beauty walk is an infusion for the spirit of one's life in every way.

If I had a daughter there are three names I have always thought I would want to give her: 1)Oshun the Goddess of sensuality, 2)Lakshmi the Goddess of abundance and 3)Goldie the warm and luminous essence of precious Golden light. Gold being the common connection to the three Goddesses I relate to. Aphrodite the Goddess of love who wore a Golden Girdle and won the Golden apple as the most beautiful Goddess in her myth of the three graces, this myth is was known as the catalyst to the Trojan war and the capturing of Helen of Troy. Lakshmi who has gold coins flowing from her hands as she represents beauty, abundance and prosperity to her worshippers of India, and Oshun known as the sensual Golden Goddess of the Carribbean. So here it is, here she is, Goldie my new Goddess girl, she took to me the moment she met me and stays by my side whenever I am near. Goldie my golden beauty, my precious pup, no more running away, for I have adopted you and there are more beauty walks coming your way, we will go and explore together, as we did today, we will breathe in the abundant fragrances of the outside world and enjoy our natures in nature together.
