The Goddess is here to remind you of all you are and all you can be. For everyday you are becoming more and more of yourself. Who do you want to be? How do you want to live your life? Do you want to see your world as loving and beautiful or as dark and uncaring? The Goddess is here to remind you to fill your days and nights with love for You are always loved dearest one, you are always loved. Love is within every breath you take, for love is life itself.

Recently, I ran a Goddess Party in Salem and while we were in our sacred circle, a woman there received the Goddess card of Self-hood. When it was her turn to speak about what this meant to her, she surprised the group in her response. With tears streaming down her face she stated emphatically, that she doesn’t like this idea of Self-Hood. She doesn’t want to be with herself. She is sick and tired of having to take care of her self and she wants someone else to do it for her. When the group spoke to her about what self-hood truly meant, being whole and complete unto ourselves, and that it doesn’t mean we have to be alone, she seemed unwilling to acknowledge or even tolerate the idea. This Goddess represents a large number of women, who are stuck in the fantasy of being rescued and who are losing their connection to the vital force of love which lives in every single cell of their being. I tell you this…Until you realize that you are love and already complete, you will continue to create that which feels unloving and incomplete. This is the Law of Attraction. Anything we look for outside ourselves will remain outside of ourselves, until we realize that what we desire already lives within us.

When you think about the type of love you want to attract, what are the attributes you are looking for? For these are the keys to your greater experience of love, the keys to unlocking these aspects within your self.

1. Do you treat yourself and speak to yourself as you would speak to the one you love on a daily basis?
2. Are you aware of the inner thoughts, feelings and emotions that keep you from loving yourself wholly, holy and whole?
3. Do you secretly hold shame about yourself, shame that sets off a vibration of not being good enough to be loved?
4. Do you understand that it is not about him or her, but that it is about you and only you?



The Law of Attraction is a Universal law and it states that every thought, action and emotion you put out will come back to you. What you attract is exactly what you are calling for, thinking of and acting on. When we focus on what we are lacking we create more lack. Look at how many times a day you speak about what you don’t want and don’t like? When the woman with the self-hood card clearly stated what she didn’t want, we can only imagine that the law of attraction is answering her with more of the same. Be mindful of your emotions dearest ones, for these are the fertile clay in which you sculpt your reality, take note that your emotions and subconscious thoughts are truly calling the shots. The process towards greater love begins with this awareness and a shift to a higher vibration.

If you want a lover who is successful, then you must learn to set goals and take actions towards your own success; if you want a lover who is attractive, then you must radiate your own attractiveness. Your relationship to yourself is the mirror to the relationships you seek. If you need support to relearn how to love yourself, to reshape your life, and take the baby steps, then get it! There are many of us whose life work it is to support you in reconnecting to your goals, dreams and self-love.

As humans we have a dual nature. We have a part that is ego based, born of our perceptions of what we think we should have and what we are missing. This part always feels incomplete and when we focus our lives from this perspective alone we continue the spiral. But, we have another part too, the part that is our soul self, our divine God/Goddess self. This Self is the spirit of love, beauty, truth, connection and creativity within us. Wholeness comes from embracing these dual aspects, it is the marriage we make within the temple of our own bodies.

Rekindle the relationship with yourself and allow the Law of Attraction to bless you with a sense of wholeness and abundant love.

The Goddess Speaks On Love

You are always loved, dearest one, you are always loved. Love is the elixir of life, love is eternal, love is always. Love is in the air around you, within every breath you take in, love is life. Love is nestled within you, for love is your true nature. All acts of love and pleasure are the measure of ones life.

I write to the single women, because I find myself alone in love once again. I write to the single women who miss their love, lost loves, the power of love, the touch of love the gaze of love. I write to these women who are locked into loveless relationships, I write to women who want to love who want to share and blossom in their love. I write to you on love.

Look at your life, what motivates you? What inspires you? Does it have to do with love, the people you love, the people you have loved? Are you moved by things of great beauty, of great magnificence. Are you loved, loving and lovable> yes.

The Temple of Love

Let’s create a Goddess Temple, a temple of love for our new year.
What is love? Love, love, love? How do I want to talk about love? Begin with the ways I feel when I feel love. Puppy love and love of other doggies, soft, precious, sweet, beautiful, playful, happy, alive, squishy, mooshy and loved in return. Love of a parent, safe, home, cared for and about, partnered, on the same team, self-recognition and reflection. Family, Hope, fear, joy, laughter, tears, support, similarities, differences, ancestry, history, stories, pictures, closeness, comfort, memories, shared lives.
Love of a man, excited, safe, sexy, beautiful, adored, appreciated, valued, surprised, sensual, flirtacious, mooshy, sad, annoyed, enchanted, happy, partnered, inspired, irrational, expectant, loved, loving, stimulated, aroused, curious, connected, contained, extreme, hope, trust, faith, melted, intoxicated, open, vulnerable.

The girlish nature I have within me, the pure, natural way I am, who I am, how I think, what I believe in, this is what inspires. This is what still inspires one of my favs.
Still in my heart as something deep and dark and sensuous, delicious. Locked in the bedroom forever with you.

Girls are Goddesses Too!
Acknowledging the Essence of Pubescence

Recently a friend's daughter said to her mother, that she was 'half
way to being a woman'. She was talking about her upcoming 10th
Birthday and she wanted to do something special to celebrate her newly
emerging womanhood. So her mother called me and the Girls and
Goddesses Party was born.

Girls are Goddesses too. They are the maiden Goddesses in the wheel of
Life, growing from maiden to mother to grandmother. The essence of
these young Goddesses is synonymous with springtime, the waxing Moon,
puberty and beginning menstruation. They are the innocence and grace
of girlhood, the lovers of animals, play and delight and at the same
time, young women faced with very adult themes surfacing in the air
around them. The maiden is the burgeoning young woman. For Girls, this
is the time when they are on the cusp; their sexuality is awakening,
their bodies are changing and their thoughts about life and their
rightful place in it are coming to the surface. It is a discovery
period, it is a rite of passage, it is a crossroads in their lives.

There seems to be a very true theme for girls going through puberty.
The playful, joyful, active, happy, curious and easily humored child
begins to change, conform, harbor doubt, disconnect and a very special
part of them goes into hiding. Issues of self-esteem, disempowerment
and feelings of not being good enough that many women carry with them
throughout their lives begins here, right here at this place of the
Goddess Emerging, the maiden stepping through the labyrinth of
puberty.

Sprouting out of the haze of childhood and into the world of growing
bodies and breasts, menstruation, hormones and feelings of doubt and
discomfort about it all, our girls are really dealing with a lot, we
dealt with a lot too! For the first time in their lives they are no
longer the androgynous beings who can equal or best the boys in every
way, for the first time they are being looked upon as sexual beings,
in a still male dominated culture. Do they feel safe? Do they feel
confused? Do they feel suddenly different and insecure? I think many
of them do and as with all crossroads this can be a challenging
awakening.
The truest remedy I can offer is this: Girls, Women, Grandmothers,
WORK ON YOUR SELF-ESTEEM!
Continue to bud and grow beautiful! Continue to evolve and discover
what you love to do and do it with joy, passion and purpose. This is
the remedy for building your power.

Self-Esteem is something we build, it takes time, effort and
intention.Where as we are born with our self worth already in tact,
self-esteem is something you build as you grow. How do we do this? By
doing things we are proud of; by having dreams, goals and visions for
ourselves, and by focusing our intentions and actions towards
manifesting them.

Judith Duerk, the author of Circle of Stones asks, "How might your
life be different if there had been a place for you? A Place for you
to go…a place of women, to help you learn the ways of woman…a place to
be nurtured." How might your life be different, if within the essence
of pubescence you discovered a sacred space of women, a place where
you belong, a place of celebration and empowerment?

One of my roles as a guide for girls is offering the experience of a
sacred circle. A circle of women, friends, elders and youngers
celebrating and honoring girlhood together. It is important to share
stories and pride ourselves on our own gifts and talents and it is
important to honor our wonderful accomplishments and special
friendships.

I believe that as girls step forward on their journey towards
womanhood, ready to blossom forth in the world, they deserve their own
special ceremony that honors their rite of passage.

The Sacred Circle for women and girls is a place to talk about our
uniqueness, it is a place to explore wisdom, creativity, importance,
self-esteem and personal power, it is place of mystery that unfolds as
we step through each level of growth. It is part game, part ritual,
part ceremony, part play.

As we talk about our mothers and grandmothers, we begin to look at the
women we love and what makes them so special, we look at the gifts of
the women we come from and are becoming.
When we explore the myths of Goddesses, we find the mirror for ourselves and powerful role models of the feminine essence.When we communicate with other girls and women, we discover again that we are not alone, we know we are safe in our shared connection.
Bonds of friendship, a sense of self-empowerment and core values arise and the girls are rapt in the process of these unfolding stories. Stories of Goddesses, mothers, grandmothers and eachother.

The sacred circle evokes a memory to the
ancient circles and wisdoms of women throughout time.

It is essential work, reminding our young women to treasure and hold
sacred just how powerful and precious they are, helping our girls to
be strong and stay strong throughout their lives. In the throws of
puberty there is no greater time than now to celebrate and support the
unfolding flower that blossoms before our very eyes.

I have Pine trees in my hair and acorns in my pockets. I am traveling home
infused with nature. `For I am the soul of nature who gives life to the
Universe´. The sky/earth roots in me, an eternal force for life, love, inner power
and freedom.
Swirling with my breath, stirring up Elizabeth, snake woman is beckoned and
awakened from her depth- sensual, slithery, sinewy, shapely, sexual, siren.
She dances in the sunshine between the trees, mmmmm she delights the woman
child in me. Naked with my shadow, I am free, and in glee, dancing with the
shadowy part of me. Goddess pose, from the earth she rose. Beauty, bliss,
mountain nymph - FREEDOM! To be Desnudo in the wilderness, Wildergirl, is one of her special names.
Serpent sisters invite me to dance, to breathe, to take part of a sacred
experience. I am induced gently through my resistance. I am invited gently to
stretch my truth. I sway, I imagine, I sing, I believe, I AM Goddess.
Hawk, Dragonfly, Owl, Bat, Fisher Cat - Punani.
Yellow Dock wisdom, twigs, logs, curry, bread, butter, bed, coconut, soup,
salad, cake, coffee, sing, sleep, wake.
Fire crackling day and night, embers burning hot and bright, the warmth in
the stove mirrors our sacred bellies. The gift of the wood burning stove is in
feeding the inner fire. 'Our spirits fed by fire, burning passion takes us
higher and higher - Light the fire'. Blow on the spark to keep it lit, use your
breath and remember your slit. It is the source, our connection to the
spiritual, magical, divine and earthly planes. We are warm, we are womban, we are
sisters, we are priestesses together again. The circle is our place to make sacred space, with song and drum and rattle. There is tremendous power in the belly of our
second brain. It is so good to be present together in all our magical and mystical
ways, every part a part of the whole which sacredly stays.

Womb pass, cigarette clearing, Yoga, Motherwave - Movement, fire cider -
Dirty whore, temple door, yoni.
Animals of the night, screeching fight, Goddess pose, Goddess prose -
White mushrooms - purity. Red mushrooms - blood, black mushrooms -
death/rebirth, all along the path, they speak to us.
At the cliff of silence, song, prayer and sage. The vista in front of us a natural stage - melting, healing, releasing, connecting, realigning to what nature gave.
The message - be like the pine tree, rooted, grounded, strong in your trunk
and swaying with the breeze, hands open, arms/branches out-stretched wide to
embrace, protect, and receive. The precious and passionate embodiment of all
life.
My intention for PP1 was/is to be in my body wholly and holy. I share this
wish and blessing for all of my relations, my sisters, my loved ones.
Aho beauty ones, may the blessings of the Goddess be forever in your hearts.
