With an attitude of gratitude you are confirming all the good things that are already within your experience. Because you are human and because you have free will, how you think about things from your human consciousness is within your power. The mental realm of thought is the most powerful and important aspect of creation and manifestation in our lives and learning to control and direct our minds towards what we want is a key to our lavish abundance and joyous life experience. Most of us believe in what the world shows us. We believe in disease, we believe in lack, we believe we are under attack, we believe in insufficiency, we believe in negativity, we believe in the collective consciousness that is pervasive on the planet. We believe what we see, we believe what we feel. In this work with the Law of Attraction, to shift your life experience, you must shift your perspective. Instead of believing what you see, try instead to 'See what you Believe'. This is where the power of visualization comes into play. See yourself as what you want to be, do and have. See, feel, act as if and speak yourself into over-flowing health, wealth and love. See it, feel it, express it as already being your experience and offer gratitude for its appearance in your life. As you vibrate or resonate to an already over-flowing experience of love, health, wealth etc. you are imprinting this subjective experience on your sub-conscious mind which in time becomes the objective experience or the thing that shows up in your life.

Remember The Law of Attraction is always working - when you feel good, you open the space for more good to come your way and when you feel bad, the law reflects more of the same to you. The key to the Law of Attraction is: fully understanding that Like attracts Like. Whatever you are feeling and thinking and acting on most predominantly is what you will create for your future.
